• Chapter 1: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 2: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 3: 3-4 weeks
• Chapter 4: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 5: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 6: 3-4 weeks
• Chapter 7: 3-4 weeks
• Chapter 8: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 9: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 10: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 11: 2-3 weeks
• Chapter 12: 1-2 weeks
• Chapter 13: 1-2 weeks
• Chapter 14: 1-2 weeks
